Supporting its daily operation requires more than ticket design alone: it requires a robust management system for series, stock, and prize programs that ensures control, security, and efficiency across every jurisdiction.

We developed the back-office platform that manages the full lifecycle of Money Instant Lottery: from product and series definition to prize programming, ticket distribution, stock control, and reporting for lotteries and regulatory bodies.

The challenge
Operating a physical scratch-card game involves millions of tickets, multiple jurisdictions, different series, special campaigns, and strict controls from lottery authorities. Managing all this through spreadsheets or manual processes is not only inefficient — it also opens the door to errors, delays, and auditing difficulties.
The challenge was to build a single system capable of managing products and series, defining prize structures, supporting distribution logistics, recording sales and prizes, and generating reliable information for decision-making and regulatory control.
Our solution
We designed and developed an administration platform for Money Instant Lottery that centralizes the management of products and prize programs. The system allows each game to be configured, controls the lifecycle of series, tracks ticket distribution, and provides clear reports on sales, prizes, and stock — province by province.

Creation and management of each game, design of new editions, and definition of key parameters (price, number of tickets, validity period, prize type, etc.).

Recording shipments to each jurisdiction, warehouse reception, distribution to agencies, and return control. Clear visibility of stock at every point in the supply chain.

6. Prize validation:
Module to validate winning tickets, record payments, and prevent duplicate claims, with information available for the accounting team and the corresponding lottery authority.

7. Operational and regulatory reports:
Dashboards and downloadable reports showing sales by product, series, agency, and jurisdiction; prizes paid, pending prizes, and the status of each campaign — ready to be submitted to regulatory authorities.

Ability to adapt rules, dates, report formats, and operating logic according to each province, while maintaining centralized product management.
